FrameTalk: Terms of Service

1. Your Rights

• You always own your creative work.

• Submitting to FrameTalk does not transfer ownership.

2. Permissions You Grant
By uploading, you grant FrameTalk and its approved exhibitors, festivals, and marketing partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Showcase and promote your submission in relation to the film, exhibition, or event it was submitted for.

• Use your submission for marketing, festival entries, social campaigns, and archives tied to that film or event.

We will never sell your content or use it outside the context of exhibition, festival, or promotional activity without your permission.

3. Platform Use

• You agree not to upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.

• FrameTalk may remove content that violates these guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability
FrameTalk provides the platform “as is.” While we make every effort to protect your work and keep the service running smoothly, we are not responsible for misuse by third parties or issues outside our control.
